中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的,在透過文獻資料分析,探討教育改革的主客觀意義、改革過程的影響因素、與學校文化及其對教育改革的影響。從文獻資料顯示,教育改革決策者必須面對並解決教育現場日常運作的實際問題,才有可能帶來真正的教育改革。教師必須藉由使用新教材、採用新教學法、或改變教學理念,改變自己日常的教學規律,才能產生真正的改革成效。教育問題可區分為兩大類,一為品質控管上的問題,二為基本設計上的問題,品管問題適用第一級改革,設計上的問題適用第二級改革。事實上,界定問題的類型遠比尋求解答重要許多。一般而言,教育改革過程可區分為三個皆段:推動期、施行期、持續期。通往成功的改革途徑只有一條,改革方案如果能以廣泛支持開始,能被以相互順應形式施行,才有可能產生制度上的變革。學校文化至少含蓋三個層面:學校體系中的權力關係、學校系統和個別教室中的典章規範、以及學校文化與其所處社會的一致性。推動任何一項改革方案,決策者必須先就該項方案的改革主客觀意義、改革過程、和學校文化等相關影響因素進行深入探討,才有可能達到真正的革新成效。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influencing factors on educational change from the related literature. Namely, the meaning of educational change, the change process, and the school culture are the three major aspects for discussion. The literature suggests that: 1.The meaning of educational change involves both subjective meaning and objective reality. Teachers' daily subjective world needs to be confronted and transformed in order to make real change happen. When implementing a new program or policy, teachers have to change their routine behaviors by using new materials, adopting new teaching approaches, or altering their beliefs. Moreover, it is fundamentally critical to define the problems before giving any treatment to educational illness. 2.There three broad phases in the process of educational change: initiation, implementation, and continuation. Generally, projects initiated with broad-based support are more likely to lead to mutual adaptation and to be institutionalized. 3.There are three aspects of school culture: power relationships in the school system, norms in individual classrooms and in the school system, and school culture and its correspondence with its respective society. Each of them has its own critical impact on educational change. |
