中文摘要 | 生質柴油可自植物油作為料源經酯化或轉酯化反應產製,然而以單一植物油作為料源所產製的生質柴油,未必可以完全符合當前各國所制定的生質柴油油品規範。生質柴油油品規範對應到生質柴油的各項油品性質,如冷濾點、密度、碘價、動黏度、氧化穩定性、或閃火點等,均需符合現有的生質柴油規範。為產製可以符合油品規範之生質柴油,可摻合不同植物油料源產製之生質柴油作為解決方案。以不同植物油料源產製生質柴油具有不同脂肪酸組成,也從而造成這些生質柴油的油品性質差異。本研究藉由探討以不同植物油料源產製生質柴油的脂肪酸組成與其油品性質間之關係,並以多元線性迴歸方法建立以脂肪酸組成預測油品性質的預測方程式。本研究進一步應用相關方程式尋求可滿足我國生質柴油油品性質的規範CNS 15072且成本最低的生質柴油配方,再進一步探討植物油原料價格變化對最適摻合配方中油品種類及其比例的影響。以近來所取得之植物油料源價格而言,最適摻合比例為59 wt.%的芥花油和41 wt.%的棕櫚油。 |
英文摘要 | The biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters) is produced from the esterification and transesterification of vegetable oils. Some properties like cold filter plugging point and oxidation stability of biodiesel produced from single feedstock usually cannot meet the biodiesel specification standards such as CNS 15072. Blending with various biodiesels is one feasible solution to overcome this difficulty. The fuel properties of biodiesel are resulted from their individual fatty acid methyl ester compositions. This study investigates the relationship between the fatty acid composition and the fuel properties for several biodiesels. The model was constructed based on the multiple linear regressions. The model could be used to estimate the fuel properties of biodiesels according to the fatty acid methyl ester compositions. The optimum biodiesel blend which can meet the CNS 15072 standards and has the lowest cost is investigated. Furthermore, the sensitivity of vegetable oil prices on the determination of the optimum biodiesel blend is also studied. The optimum recipe is 59 wt. % canola oil biodiesel and 41 wt. % palm oil biodiesel based on the obtained vegetable oil prices. |
