中文摘要 | 不同比例之Nylon12與PEN以二氯乙酸為溶劑作溶液摻合。結果顯示,Nylon12/PEN聚摻合物之Tg與Tm均隨著PEN之含量增加而升高,但聚摻物中組成變化對Tg點影響並不明顯。由DSC之降溫曲線所得到之結晶峰溫度範圍會隨著Nylon12/PEN聚摻合物中PEN含量之增加而升高。因Nylon12與PEN之結晶性不同,在熔融態以急速降溫至等溫結晶之溫度時,其一會先結晶,而產生相分離之現象。Nylon12/PEN聚摻合物之Avrami常數(n)約為3~3.2之間。且較低溫之熔融峰隨著等結晶成長溫度升高越趨增大,反之,較高溫之熔融峰隨結晶成長溫度升高越趨變小,由此結果可知,結晶溫度與結晶型態有密切關係。 |
英文摘要 | The binary blends of NYLON12/PEN were prepare by solution precipitation. Crystallization behavior of NYLON12/PEN blends was studied. Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) was used to measure nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization at different experimental condition. The blends exhibit single glass transition (Tg) and a drastic depression of equilibrium melting temperature over the composition range (20-80 wt%). Analysis of the isothermal crystallization curves by means of the Avrami equation leads to n~3. The analysis of Kinetic data according to nucleation theory indicates that crystallization of Nylon12/Penblends in the explored temperature range show a regime II-III transition. |
