中文摘要 | Although current wave of in communicative language teaching (CLT) approach is acknowledged and accepted by teachers of English, some of the characteristics of CLT make it difficult for EFL teachers in Taiwan to teach effectively. The drawback should not deter one, however, from pursuing communicative goals in the classroom. Technology can aid such teachers. Many studies have suggested that networked computers promote communicative instruction. Nevertheless, some of the latest applications are still novel to most of EFL teachers in Taiwan. It is necessary to explore further for better diffusion and implementation. The purpose of the paper is to introduce some possible devices and modes-instruction of verbal and oral communication, web-based course delivery, computer-based testing, and instructional management-for EFL teachers in Taiwan. Practical guidelines are also recommended for appropriate implementations. |
英文摘要 | 雖然溝通式語言教學的理念已成為英語教學的主流,但是非英語系國國家的英文老師,特別是國內的英語教師。要在課堂落實溝通式教學的精神的確相當困難,不,科技產品或許能助教師一臂之力。目前已有許多研究文獻指出網路多媒體能夠幫助提昇溝通式英語教學的成效,然而,國內不少英語文教師對這項先進時髦的應用科技卻仍然不是很熟悉,實有必要深入探究適切的工具或模式,以供做推廣及採行之參考。本文旨在分類推介各種可行的網路多媒體輔助英語教學工具-文字溝通教學、口語溝通教學、網路教學、網路測驗/評量、教學管理等。文中並陳述可能面臨的困難及採行的指導綱領。 |
