中文摘要 | 田菁種子為國內主要之綠肥作物。然而田菁種子含水率測定之烤箱熱風量測標準尚 未建立。在此研究對於兩種含水率之田菁種子以不碾磨方式,在三種溫度下量測其含水率。 試驗結果顯示以80℃與105℃連續乾燥24小時後,量測之含水率已趨向定值。以130℃乾燥, 24小時與48小時之作業時間得到相同量測值,但是72小時之作業時間反而造成含水率之高 估。以非線性迴歸建立之含水率模式評估熱風作業所需時間。結果顯示在0.2%之誤前標準要 求條件,以80℃之熱風18小時之乾燥時間,可以得到適當之量測結果。以105℃與130℃進 行水分量測,15小時之作業時間可合乎要求。 |
英文摘要 | Sesbania is an important crop rwon in Taiwan. However, no official standard of the moisture determination by oven method of Sesbania could be found. The effect of air oven drying temperature and drying time on moisture content determination of this product were studied for two moisture content levels at three different temperatures. Samples were not grounded. The measured moisture contents had same numerical values for 24 and 48 drying hours at 130℃. The measured moisture contents had same numerical values for 24 and 48 drying hours at 130℃. Longer drying period and higher drying temperatures made the over-estimated measured values. The required operating period was estimated by non-linear regression drying model. Considering 0.2% measuring errors, the adequate operating period was 18 hours for 80℃ and 15 hours for 105℃ and 130℃. |
