中文摘要 | 本研究以杉木、紅柳桉及紅櫟木為試材,以丙二醇-己二酸(PG-AA)及乙二醇.鄰苯二甲酸酐(EG-PA)所合成之醇酸樹脂與六亞甲基二異氰酸鹽(HD1)混合調配成聚胺基甲酸酯注入藥液(以下簡稱PU注入藥液),探討PU藥液注入材經120℃加熱反應1hr後對木材尺寸安定性之改善效果。由其結果得知,樹種為影響藥液注入率之主要因素,注入藥液種類、OH/COOH及NCO/(OH+COOH)莫耳比之影響則不明顯。PU處理材之重量增加百分率(WG)受試材比重所影響,其WG值約為注入率之30%'然直接以HDI為注入藥液者,其WG值明顯偏低。PU處理材之平衡含水率、浸水時之吸水率及體積膨脹率、吸濕時之吸濕率及吸濕膨脹率均較未處理材降低。各不同條件PU注入藥劑比較,以EG-PA為其PU注入藥劑之原料者,其吸水時抗體積膨脹效能(ASE)值較PG-AA為原料者高,所使用醇酸樹脂之OH/COOH莫耳比1.5者之ASE值大於莫耳比2.0者,NCO/(OH+COOH)莫耳比之影響則較不明顯。三種樹種之PU處理材比較,以紅柳枝之吸濕性改善效果最明顯,紅櫟木次之,杉木則偏低。 |
英文摘要 | China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata), red oak (Quercus spp.) and red lauan (Shorea spp.) were impregnated in the solution of polyurethane (PU) blended with hexamethylene diisocyanate and two kinds of alkyd resin, one was PG-AA that was synthesized by propylene glycol and adipic acid, the other was EG-PA which was synthesized by ethylene glycol and phthalic anhydride. The PU impregnated woods were heated at 120 °C for one hour. The improvemence of dimensional stability of PU treated woods was investigated. Wood species was the most improtant factor that influenced the impregnation, but the kinds of PU and the molar ratios of OH/COOH and NCO/(OH+COOH) did not have significant effects. Weight gain (WG) of PU treated woods was about 30 % of their impregnation, and they were depended on the specific gravity of wood. Wood treated by HDI alone had lower WG than others. PU treated woods had lower equilibrium moisture content, lower water absorption and volumetric swelling when soaked in water, lower hygroscopic moisture content and volumetric swelling than those of untreated wood. PU treated wood that with EG-PA as alkyd resin had higher antiswelling efficiency (ASE) than that with PG-AA as alkyd resin, and both this alkyd resins that synthesized with the molar ratio of OH/COOH of 1.5 had higher ASE than that of 2.0, but the molar ratio of NCO/(OH+COOH) did not have significant effect on the ASE of PU treated wood. PU treated red lauan had the most evident improvemence on hygroscopic among these three wood species, followed by red oak and China fir. |
