| 中文摘要 | 本文主旨在重建橋梁於921地震當時之現場狀況,以省道臺14線炎峰橋為分析對象,詳細模擬橋梁在防落裝置以及河道變遷形成高灘地,部分橋柱受砂石沈積覆蓋而產生橋柱淨高改變等因素作用下,整體橋梁系統的動力反應,同時考慮因地震力過大道致支承摩擦滑動與部分結構元件產生非線性之遲滯行為,進而發揮消散地震能量的功用。最後根據分析的結果,以橋梁系統的功性為出發點,探討目前一般橋梁耐震設計與補強的基本理念與實際橋梁破壞模式的差異性,以了解設計與分析的考慮是否合理,並探究各個構材對橋梁破壞模式的影響,冀望能提供國內工程界從事而震補強與新設橋梁耐震設計之新的思考方向。 |
| 英文摘要 | The objective of this paper is to simulate the performance of Yen-Feng Bridge under the 921 Taiwan Chi-Chi Earthquake. In this study, the effect of unseating prevention devices, expansion joints and soil-structure interaction are undertaken. Meanwhile the hysteresis behavior caused by the bearing friction and nonlinear characteristic of structure components under the large ground excitation is considered. The overall response of the bridge is determinded through detailed nonlinear time-history analyses and compared with the actual performance of the bridge under this earthquake. In the end is based on the analysis results and the performance-based viewpoint, a discussion on the difference between actual damage mechanism and basic concepts of seismic design and retrofit in recent years is made. |
