中文摘要 | 龍眼乾剝殼是一項高難度的作業,欲達到完全剝殼的目標,龍眼乾物性之探討,將有助於剝殼機構之設計與研製。由試驗顯示:(1)以游標卡尺及影像處理設備量測龍裂乾幾何形狀結果得知,龍眼乾長軸與短軸最大長度差4.6mm、長軸與短軸最小長度差1.3mm、長軸與短軸平均長度差2.806mm。(2)龍眼乾果殼含水率之測定,所有樣本平均數為10.27%,樣本最小值為10.00%,樣本最大值為10.80%,樣本標準差為0.31%。(3)龍眼乾抗壓試驗,由實驗結果得知,龍眼乾果殼抗壓壓力約為1~3.7kg,破壞距離約為0.12~1.20mm。(4)自動剝殼機包括自動進料、分級、分道灑水保溼及剝殼等機構,以固定式切刀、發泡塑膠式時規皮帶樂軌道等所組成。利用此種方式剝殼可達完全剝殼目標,惟有部份果粒仍緊附在果殼之果蒂上,而無法完全剝離,有待解決。 |
英文摘要 | The shelling operation process of dried longan is very difficult. In order to reach the goal of auto-shelling the study of the physical characteristics of dried longan will aid the development and improvement of dried longan shelling machine. The results ha e shown the following facts. (1) The geometric feature was conducted with vernier caplipers and image processing device, and the difference between major axis and minor axis was ranged from 1.3~4.6mm with a mean of 2.806mm; (2) The mean moisture content of dried longan was 10.27%, with the range of 10.80~10.00% and standard deviation of 0.31%; (3) From the compression test, the resistant pressure was 1~3.7kg, and the damage distance was 0.12~1.20mm; (4) This auto-shelling machine consisted of auto-feed grading, separate spraying route and shelling devices. A fix-knife, styrene butadiene rubber and route were included. This device is able ot reach the goal of auto-shelling. By employing this method. However, some of the grains was stuck on the shell and was unable to shell completely. Further studies will be needed. |
