英文摘要 | “Customer-Oriented” has become the mainstream, not only in the manufacturing industry, but also in any other industries. It can enhance the loyalty of customers and the competitiveness of the company. To achieve this idea, this article introduce IPETS and HOTS system, which were designed for dialup system of HiNet and take charge of maintaining and testing the internet quality of the customer’s dialup. Furthermore, applications of HOTS database can lead to another field, Customer Relation Management. |
