中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於探討溫蓋特無氧動力測驗與徑賽成績的相關,並且了解體重 及體脂肪重對於溫蓋特無氧動力測驗與徑賽成績相關的影響。研究對象為22名大學體育系男 學生,身高為175.95±5.7公分,體重為68 86±7.98公斤,年齡為19.82±0.95歲。每一位 研究對象皆接受100、200、400、800、1500及5000公尺測驗,每一測驗項目皆間隔兩 天。徑賽項目測驗完一週後,進行體重、體脂肪重及溫蓋特無氧動力側驗,所有測量項目皆 在一天內完成。研究結果顯示,溫蓋特無氧動力測驗與800公尺的相關性最高。當溫蓋特無 氧動力側驗成績以相對體重表示時,與徑賽成績的相關性變大。從除去體重及體脂肪重解釋 量的淨相關,得知體重及體脂肪重對溫蓋特無氧動力測驗與徑賽成績的相關影響皆有相關, 但體重的影體較大。從本研究結果顯示,應該用以相對體重表示的溫蓋特無氧動力測驗成績 來預測徑賽成績才不至於造成偏羞。在比較個體間的相對無氧動力一與平均動力或個體間的 無氧體能時,必須考慮體重的因素才較為公平。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the performance of the Wingate Anaerobic Test and track six events and how this relationship was affected by body weight and/or body fat mass Twenty-two male students (age 19.8 ± 0.95 year, height 175.95± 5.7cm, weight 68.86 ± 7.98kg) were recruited from the of department of physical education at the National Tainan Teachers College Subjects were tested in all track events (100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and 5000m) everyday with two days separately between each test The anaerobic power (5sec output) and capacity (30sec output) tests using the Wingate test procedure were examined one week after running tests The results showed the best Wingate score for anaerobic power and capacity were related to 800 meters running After adjusting body weight and body fat mass, anaerobic power and capacity revealed higher correlation to tuning performances According to the analysis, relative anaerobic power and capacity adjusted by body weight appeared to show better relation to running performances than if did when adjusted by body fat mass It is indicated that the predictive strength is enhanced when the Wingate Anaerobic test score is expressed by body weight and this muse be take into account when comparisons of anaerobic power among individuals. It is concluded Anaerobic work per kg of body weight provides a better comparison of anaerobic fitness between people. |
