中文摘要 | 海藻酸鹽為具有生物可分解性與高生物相容性之多醣類生物高分子,將其成型為纖維後,由於海藻酸鹽本身具有十分良好之止血功能與吸濕保濕功能,因此可廣泛適用在醫藥纖維或化妝品領域。本文即是由海藻進行萃取到製成海藻酸鈣纖維研究;探討不同鹽類及萃取方法,對由昆布科植物昆布中萃取出海藻酸鈉的效果,並將其以氯化鈣水溶液進行濕式紡絲成型;以利後續開發具高附加價值之海藻酸鹽創傷覆材、化妝品領域或藥物釋放系統。 |
英文摘要 | Alginate is a good biocompatibility and biodegradable polysaccharide biopolymer. After formed to the fiber, it can be widely used in medical or cosmetic area, because of good hemostatic, liquid absorption and moisture containing properties. This paper studied the process from alginate extraction to fiber spinning. We tried to extract sodium alginate from Eckloniakurome OKAM tangle in different methods and salt, to spin alginate fiber by calcium chloride solution with wet spinning method. The fiber is intended for application in high value added alginate wound dressing, cosmetic area or drugs deliver system. |
