中文摘要 | 煮繭和繅絲的三種慘透處理溫度已被建立,在平鍋煮繭及繅絲的系統上,印度經烘乾之多元二化蠶繭(PMx NB4D2種) ,對製程之條件很敏感,製程中高滲透溫度、低滲透溫度、高滲透持續時間等,對煮繭去繅絲之特性皆有明顯影響,亦即尋頭效率、可搖紗性、繅絲率、生絲回收率、繅絲張力、繅絲廢棄物、絲膠溶解程度及廢絲的去膠損失等。此研究證實,平鍋煮繭時使用三種溫度比僅使用一種溫度,更有助於水進入蠶繭中使絲膠均勻軟化,而使不同層蠶絲分離有利於解繞,實驗證明,高滲透溫度90-95℃,煮繭2分鐘,在於低滲透溫度60-70℃,可得最佳之繅絲效果。 |
英文摘要 | The relation between three permeation treatment temperatures in cooking process and reeling of cocoons has been estabilished. The hot air dried Indian multi-bivoltine cocoons (PM x NB4D2 race) have been found to have significant influence by treatment of high permeation temperature, high permeation duration and low permeation temperature in pan system of cooking on the reeling characteristics viz., groping end efficiency, reelability, raw silk percentage, raw silk recovery percentage, reeling tension during reeling, waste generated during reeling, pelade weight generated, sericin dissolution during cooking and reeling and degumming loss percentage of silk waste. The study clearly indicates that, pan system of cooking using three temperature treatment permeate more water into the cocoons thereby softening the sericin uniformly in different layers of the cocoon shell compared to single temperature treatment, thus facilitating better unwinding of cocoon filaments from the hot air dried Indian multi-bivoltine cocoons. From the results it could be observed that the cocoon cooked using the high permeation temperature of 90-95°C for 2 minutes duration, followed by low permeation temperature of 60-70°C yield better reeling performance. |
