中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討國內的課後托育現狀與問題,美國課後輔導方案的內涵以侑可供我國借鏡之處,為了達成研究究目的,研究者採用文獻調查法,並對相關研究進行後設的內容分析。研究發美國課後輔導方案可供借鏡之處包括:政府的結構性介入、家庭的整體性參與、師資的組織化培訓、夥伴的彈性化運作、課程的整合性規劃、服務的在地化經營、福利的建設性組合、督導的系統化實踐、資訊的即時性提供。 |
英文摘要 | The school-age child care (SACC) field is developing so rapidly that it is imperative to conduct systematic research. Yet relatively little is known empirically regarding which feminization, commercialization, stratification, privatization of SACC. The purpose of this study is to explore America's afterschool program, and its implication about how to improve SACC system in Taiwan. The literature survey is adopted and meta-analysis of the relevant empirical research is also included. At last, nine implications on SACC are suggested: guidance system of government, strong involvement of families, professional development for staff, effective partnerships with community-based organizations, coordinating learning with regular school day, site-based management, welfare mix, supervision system, information mechanism. |
