中文摘要 | 高可靠度的分散式容錯應用系統經常使用活性備援(Active replication)的方來達成。但在容錯應用系統執行報務對其他伺器發出巢式服務需求時,活性備援會引發冗餘巢式呼叫的問題(redundant nested invocation problem)。自動消消除此難度很高,尤其是系統加上多引線(multi-thread)設針會使難度驟增。本文將就此問題提出一可行容錯CORBA系統設計。 |
英文摘要 | Active replication is a common approach to build highly available and reliable distributed software applications. Redundant nested invocation (RNI) problem arises servers in a replicated group issues nested invocations to other server group in response to a client invocation. Automatic suppressionof RNI is always a desirable solution, yet it is usually a difficult design issue. If the system has multithreading (MT) support, the implementation difficulties increases dramatically. In this research, we propose a mechanism to perform the auto-suppression of redundant nested invocation in active replication fault-tolerant (FT) CORBA system. |
