中文摘要 | 在本研究中,當農林廢料混合比愈少,成板密度愈高。複合材經過24 hrs吸水率均低於38.17%。且吸水厚度膨脹率不超過1.43%。表面水泥漆著色刷塗後,其重量增加率在0.84~1.81%之間。刷塗鐵粉比例從10%增加至30%,其重量增加率介於6.98~17.81%。複合材可利用水泥漆刷塗法,將顏料添加在水泥漆中進行著色,成板表面形成不同顏色變化。或於製造流程中,先將顏料混入水中,再進行混合攪拌,一次成型製造不同板材表面性質之變化。複合材彎曲破壞載重介於23.69 kgf~38.54 kgf。其中以石膏85%檳榔桿粒片15%(G85bet15)複合材之彎曲破壞載重之38.54 kgf最高,其次為34.15 kgf的石膏85%木材粒片15%(G85w15)者,而混合膏泥型的膏泥85%木材粒片的15%(GC85w15)者則為27.27 kgf。石膏與水泥添加(重量比1:1)之水合作用雖然最節省時間,但對強度性質之改善並不理想。G85bet15之彎曲破壞載重為所有複合材中最佳,電磁波遮蔽性質無論表面是否刷塗或添加鐵粉,均以反射衰減效果為主。膏泥85木材粒片15(GC85w15)經過刷塗,明顯介入衰減值增加,表示穿透波減少而反射強度大,吸收效果差,故電磁波遮蔽性能的以反射效果為主。 |
英文摘要 | In study, the lower mixture ratio with agro-forest waste, could result higher density at composite board. After 24-hr soaking the water absorption of composite board was below 38, 17% and thickness swelling was below 1.43%. When surface was coated with water based paints, the weight gain ranged from 0.84% to 1.81%. If surfaces were coated from iron powder 10% to 30%, the weight gain ranged from 6.98 to 17.81%. The composites could use during the manufacturn process by adding pigment to cement and mixed up, and compasite board would have color on the surface. On the other hand, to pigment and water together and make one-step moldies. The composites haad maximum bending strength ranged between 23.69 kgf and 38.54 kgf. The best was G85bet15 (38.54 kgf), the second was G85w15 (34.15 kgf) and the gypsum-cement mixture GC85w15 had strength at 27.27 kgf. The gypsum and cement (1:1 by weight) could shorten the time of curing, but improve strength properties. The G85bet15 was the best composites with maximum bending strengths. In addition, it good electromagnetic shielding property with appreciable reflective loss, too. |
