中文摘要 | 本研究針對國內某際軟體科技公司進行個案研究,主要探討的內容為趨勢科技公司之知識管理與組織文化、人力資源管理三者的相關議題探討,歸納出以下二項主要結論:1.人力資源管理相關實務與計畫對工作者投入工作之影響具有關鍵性的因素。2.組織之創新文化與學習文化對知識工作者之知識處理流程中的創造與應用行為有面面的助益。企業在建立適當的使用知識的社會系統取得平衡,同時可減低虛擬組織對知識管理的衝擊,依舊可以對內隱知識的傳遞與分享有適當的環境與管道。 |
英文摘要 | The results of literatures review have indicated that the share of tacit-knowledge is the key issue of knowledge-management in this information ear. The exchange of tacit-knowledge requires a highly interactive social process between workers in a co-located, face-to-face work environment, but the co-located environment is hard to achieve. This case study tried to analyze the relationships between the processes of developing and using tacit-knowledge and operation of sociotechnology system (STS) and human resource management (HRM) in a global-famous software company, the Trend Micro. Corporation. The results of this case study had reached two main conclusions: 1.HRM enabled practices and programs would affect the involvement of knowledge worker and the exchange enabled practices and programs would affect the involvement of knowledge worker and the exchange of tacit-knowledge. 2.Appropriate organization culture and STS would help to create a knowledge-friendly culture and indirectly affect the development of tacit knowledge in the organization. |
