中文摘要 | 本研究係探討電解氧化法應用於廢硫酸再生操作變數之影響,主要因素為施予電 位之高低、 電流密度及臭氧之添加效應。 本研究以實驗室放大規模級 ( laboratorypilot plant) 之批式電解槽進行廢硫酸電解氧化測試, 實驗結果顯示電位 V =4 之電解效率較佳 ,提高施予電位或電流密度則可縮短電解時間,臭氧之添加亦促進電解效率之提昇,可降低 電解設備之規模。以再生硫酸進行連續式之烷化反應測試,其烷化油組成與新硫酸者大致相 同,驗證電解氧化法再生硫酸之催化性質。經由初步之電解流程規劃及經濟評估,且與焚化 法相較, 說明廢硫酸處理量為 60 噸 / 日者適於電解氧化法,然處理量大於 100 噸 / 日 者適於焚化法。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the influence of some operating conditions on the regeneration of sulfuric acid by electro-oxidation method. The main variables discussed are electrolytic voltage, current density and the addition of ozone. In this article, the experiments were performed in the laboratory pilot plant electrolytic cell. It shows that higher regeneration rate of sulfuric acid obtained is due to higher electrolytic voltage, current density and the additive effect of ozone. However, the higher electrolytic efficiency obsorved for electrolytic voltage of four. Further, the compositions of alkylate from the regenerated sulfuric acid catalyzed continuous alkylation are almost same as those of fresh sulfuric acid. By the preliminary design of electro-oxidation process and economic evaluation, it appears that the regeneration capacity of 60 Ton/D of spent sulfuric acid is suited for the electro-oxidation method, more than 100 Ton/D for the incineration method. |
