中文摘要 | 產前胎兒心律記錄法是目前少數幾個可用來評估高危險妊娠胎兒狀況方法之一。而 利用視覺觀察及解讀產前胎兒心律軌跡,因觀察者的偏差,已被認為可靠度並不高。因此, 為避免觀察者之不同所造成之偏差及提高產前心律之準確度,已有人提出胎兒心律線上分析 。由電腦所完成的胎兒心律分析之經驗得知,胎兒狀態之指標可由胎兒心律長時間或短時間 變化等資料加以判定,利用電腦透過數值分析測量等方法,可偵測胎兒心律些微之改變,我們 可追蹤演變,並做適當之處理,以作為長期追蹤及教學研究。我們將蒐集之胎兒心律訊號透 過小波轉換作處理,以建立一套分析及診斷胎兒心律的系統。我們將系統用在臨床上作長期 測試,並將蒐集之結果作為改善之依據。利用胎兒心律訊號,系統可對高危險的胎兒做出客 觀及可靠的判斷。 |
英文摘要 | Antepartum Cardiotocography (CTG) is one of the few techniques available today to assess fetal conditions in highrisk pregnancies. Visual interpretation of CTG traces is unreliable due to the intra-and inter-observer variability. In order to eliminate observer variability and to increase the accuracy of CTG, computer analysis of fetal heart rate (FHR) patterns is introduced. The experience with computerized systems has shown that the best indicator of fetal conditions is long-or short-term variation. The availability of numerical measurements enables the detection of small changes in FHR occurring in time, so when initial deterioration signs arise, the fetus can be followed up longitudinally. In our approach, these fetal heart rate signals had been collected and used to establish a fetal heart rate analysis and diagnosis system using discrete wavelet transform. We applied this system to clinical use. Feedback information was collected and used to improve the system performance. Using the signal, this system can provide an objective suggestion and a more reliable assessment of at risk fetuses. |
