中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討施用不同有機質肥料及微生物等處理對彩色海芋生長效應之影響 ,共包括枯草桿菌、有機質肥料及有機質肥料配合微生物等三項試驗。試驗結果顯示,接種 枯草桿菌 BS-001 及 BS-114 處理之金黃品系彩色海芋種球萌芽率與植株生育性狀皆優於對 照處理,且接種枯草桿菌配合添加稻殼處理者之效果更顯著優於單一菌種處理及對照處理, 惟接種枯草桿菌對杏黃品系彩色海芋則無顯著效果。在不同有機肥料方面,施用堆肥處理之 海芋植株的生育及種球增殖上皆優於未發酵之豬糞及牛糞處理者。另有機肥料配合添加有益 微生物( EM )處理可以改善及穩定彩色海芋種球萌芽率,其中尤以牛糞堆肥添加微生物處 理之改善效果最顯著。而有機肥料添加有益微生物後,彩色海芋的生育性狀及採收後種球重 量品質皆優於未添加者,顯示添加有益微生物有促進海芋生長之效果。 |
英文摘要 | The Objective of this research was to assess the effect of the application of microorgainism and organic fertilizers on the growth of Zantedeschia. Three experiments including Bacillus spp., organic fertilizers and composts with effective microorganism (EM) were applied on Zantedeschia by plug culture. The results indicated that treatments of inoculation of Bacillus spp. BS-001 and BS-114 could improve the emergence rate and the growth of Zantedeschia cultivar "Black magic". The treatments of microorganism cultured with rice hull had better horticulture characteristics then both treatments of microorganism and check, but the apparent effect was not found on the cultivar of "Best gold". The treatments of using composts had better responses on the growth of Zantedeschia then that of the hog waste or dairy waste. The treatments of compost plus effective microorganisms (EM) could improve the emergence rate of Zantedeschia. The most significant effect was found in the treatment of EM with dairy compost. From the result of the horticulture characterizes and tuber propagation of Zantedeschia, the treatments of compost with EM had better effect then non-added EM. Therefore the culture media adding EM with compost could improve the growth of Zantedeschia. |
