中文摘要 | 本實驗以國立嘉義技術學院專院專科高年級興趣選項有氧舞蹈80名女生為試驗對象,進行14週的爵士舞蹈訓練(實驗組)及低衝擊舞蹈(對照組),受試者平均年齡為19至20歲,平均身高161.5公分,平均體重53.3公所。經14週的爵士舞蹈依調查結果,兩組受試者在基本體適能之平均標準均達顯著效果。在t值比較中試驗組對於肌耐力、柔軟度、敏捷性及瞬發力學習效果優於對照組, 而對照組在各項學習效果皆達顯著水準(P < 0.05)。在心肺耐力的比較,以爵士舞蹈中試驗組之學習效果較對照組為佳,且達顯著水準(P < 0.05)。爵士舞蹈中之身體組成皮脂厚的比較,依實驗得知爵士舞蹈肱三頭肌皮脂厚,學習後效果佳,肩胛下皮脂厚及腹部兩者差異不明顯。而身體組成之上臂圍、腰圍、臀圍,以爵士舞蹈試驗組及對照組差異性不明顯。而體重、小腿圍、胞圍、肱三頭肌圍、腸骨頂、大腿前、淨體重、體脂肪及體脂肪百分比(%)皆達顯著標準(P < 0.05),且較對照組為優。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment takes 80 senior girl students of Nation Chiayi Institute of Technology who choose aerobic dance, for 14 weeks of jazz dance training (test group) and low impact aerobic dance (comparative group), age 19 to 20 on average, 161.5 cm in average height, 53.3kg in average weight. Through 14-weeks jazz dance training, the two groups both show significant effects in average standard difference. In 't' value, the test group shows learning effects surpassing the comparative group in terms of muscular duration, softness, agileness and instant strength. The comparative group shows learning effects up to significant level (P < 0.05). In the cardiopulmonary comparison, the test group excels the comparative group and is up to significant level (P < 0.05). In comparison of physical constitution sebum thickness in jazz dance, the experiment indicates that in jazz dance, the learning brings up better results in the sebum thickness of upper arm triceps but shows insignificant results in sebum thickness below the scapula. In terms of physical constitution, the upper arm line, waist line, hip line show insignificant difference in jazz dance test group and comparative group while weight, shank, chest line, upper arm triceps line, upper intestinal bone, first part of thigh, net weight, fat and fat % all prove up to significant level (P < 0.05) and all excel comparative group. |
