中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討一所多元學制之專校中學生次級文化之異同,就中採用焦點團體 法。為達成研究目的,本研究首先進行文獻探討,從而建構「多元學制之次級文化訪談大綱」, 繼之針對四個學制:高職、五專、二專、高中分別進行四場焦點訪談。結果發現: 一、二專生在個人志趣及生涯發展方面穩定性高,故其學習欲望較高。 二、現行校內課外活動及社團表現明顯地不符學生需求。 三、不同學制學生間之誤會與磨擦是存在的。 四、本校知名度有待提昇。 五、升學在學生次級文化中扮演重要角色。 六、焦點團體法之採用實具創意。 |
英文摘要 | This paper purports to examine the differences of students' subcultures among four different programs offered by a nursing college in Taipei. Four focused interviews were conducted for the students of the programs, namely senior vocational program, five-year college program & two-year college program of nursing, and a senior high school program. The research findings are as follows: 1. The students of two- year college program have the greatest learning motivation because of their steadiest personal interests and life development; 2. The extra-curricular activities do not gear up to students' satisfaction; 3. The misunderstandings and conflicts among the students from different programs do exist; 4. The college reputation needs to be enhanced; 5. The promotion of education plays an important role in the students' subculture; and 6. Focused interviews should be extensively used in the future. |
