中文摘要 | 苗木之栽植材料多以種子為主,因其有完整的結構及種皮之保護,並方便操作而能大量繁衍苗木以供造林所需。然而種子卻為許多病原之媒介,亦即種某病原,並造成不少的危害。本研究選擇六種常用的闊葉樹種:楓香(Liquidambar formosana Hance)、臺灣赤楊(alnus formosana (Burkill ex Forbes & Hemsl.)Makino)、臺灣櫸(Zelkova serrata (Thunb.)Makino)、欒樹(Koelreuteria paniculata Hay.)、木賊葉木麻黃(Casuarina equisetifolia Forst.)、檸檬桉(Eucalyptus citriodora Hook.)為對象,調查其種媒真菌。同一批種子中分為兩種處理方式,種子做表面消毒者為實驗組,種子不作任何處理者為對照組。植研究除探討這六種林木種子的真菌相外,亦評估表面消毒作種子處理的效果。 |
英文摘要 | Seeds are major planting materials of seedlings, because they have the perfect structures that protect periderms, and are easy to manipulate to supply large amounts of seedlings for silviculture. But seeds are the media pathogens and usually cause seed damages resulting in poor seedlings quality. This research was to investigate the seed-borne fungi on six hardwood tree species vig. Liquidambar fromosana Hance、alnus formosana (Burkill ex Forbes & Hemsl.) Makino Zelkova serrata (Thunb.) Makino、Koelreuteria paniculata Hay.、Casuarina equisetifolia Forst. and Eucalyptus citriodora Hook. The untreated seeds and surface disinfections seeds were used for detection of the seed-borne fungi. In addition to discussing the flora of fungi on these seeds, the effect of disinfection on seeds was also estimated. |
