中文摘要 | 於鑄造過程之凝固模式的研究中,材料熱性質之正確性會直接影響分析的結果,因此本文之研究目的是期望利用凝固過程中溫度場之變化情形,經由估算方法來預測材料的熱性質。本文以共軛梯度法為基礎,建立了材料熱性質之反算預測模式,並配合有限差分法來估算金屬材料之熱傳導係數、比熱及潛熱。本文先以設定之熱傳模型進行數值實驗,以證明估算方法可以準確地預測出材料之熱性質。再者於實際之鑄造實驗中,經由溫測數據與反算法來預測鑄件材料的熱傳導係數,再與參考文獻之數據作比較,其平均誤差為5.6%。由這些結果,可預期反算法於預測材料熱性質之可行性與前瞻性。 |
英文摘要 | In casting models, the accuracy of thermal properties will influence the computing results. In this paper, an inverse heat-transfer model is built to predict the thermal properties of materials based on the conjgate gradient method. By using the finite difference method, the proposed model is used to calculate the thermal conductivities, heat capacities and latent heats of metals. With assumed thermal properties, three numerical experiments are utilized to test the proposed method. From the computational results, it is found that the method can predict the thermal properties correctly. Finally, the measured temperatures from casting experiments are used to predict the thermal conductivity of aluminum. Compared with the data reported in the literature, the average relative error of the computed values is 5.6%. From these results, it is shown that the proposed model can be used to predict thermal properties simply and accurately. |
