中文摘要 | 本研究乃利用聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol, PVA)與丙烯溴(Allyl Bromide)以酯化反應形成新的聚乙烯醇衍生物:聚乙烯醇-丙烯醚(PVA-AE)。製成的產物以紅外線光譜與核磁共振光譜鑑定其結構。在本研究中,使用不同程度酯化反應之PVA-AE並添加2-甲基丙烯酸氫氧基乙酯(2-hydroxyethyl methyl methacrylate,HEMA)作為牙牙本質黏著劑並進行黏著強度測試。經由實驗結果發現,PVA-AE/HEMA的牙本質黏著強度約為2.16±0.65 MPa,比以Gluma(3.19±1.49 MPa)與PVA-AA/HEMA(3.83±1.87 MPa)低。造成此現象之主要原因可能為PVA-AE/HEMA對牙本質小管的滲透力較PVA-AA/HEMA低。因此我們建議在牙齒組織中加入具有高通透性之添加物,方能開發出較有效的牙本質黏著劑。 |
英文摘要 | A new PVA derivative, PVA-AE, was synthesized by the esterification reaction of polyvinyl alcohol and allyl bromide. The resulted PVA-AE product was characterized by IR spectroscopy and NMR analyses. In this study, the different esterification extents of PVA-AE were tested for its dentine bonding ability as an additive to 2-hydroxyethyl methyl methacrylate (HEMA). The dentinal binding strength of PVA-AE/HEMA is about 2.16±0.65MPa. This binding strength is lower than that achieved by using either Gluma (3.19±1.49MPa) or PVA-AA/HEMA (3.83±1.87MPa). The lower dentine binding strength of PVA-AE/HEMA could be attributed to the less penetration ability of PVA-AE/HEMA as compared with that of PVA-AA/HEMA. We thus proposed that additive with high permeability into the dentinal tissue is needed for developing an effective dentinal binding agent. |
