英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to study the available phosphorus requirements of cage-rearing laying Tsaiya ducks. Basal diets were in mash form which contained crude protein 18%, metabolizable energy 2750 kcal/kg and calcium 3% and was provided for ducks from 20 to 40 weeks of age. This experiment comprised of 6 treatments containing 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.7% of available phosphorus. Ten laying Tsaiya ducks in each group with triplicate were in each treatment. The results showed that ducks had higher egg production rate, egg shell strengh and serum calcium concentration when fed diets containing 0.4 ~ 0.6% available phosphorus and 3% calcium. Egg weight was the lowest for ducks consuming diets with 0.5% available phosphorus. However, the feed conversion efficiency were not different among treatments. The serum phosphorus concentrations also were not different. the results suggested that laying ducsks fed diets containing 0.4 ~ 0.6% available phosphorus had maximum egg production rate and egg shell strength. |
