中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的有二:(一)、以不同強制灌食次數,對褐色產蛋菜鴨肥肝生產之效果,(二)、縮短灌食期間,觀察不同期間肝臟變化情形,以探討淘汰褐色產蛋菜鴨生產鴨肥肝之可行性。試驗一,以47週齡褐色產蛋菜鴨逢機分置於對照組及強制灌食組,強制灌食組又分為每日灌食二次、三次及四次期,灌食期間21天。試驗二,以約1年半淘汰褐色產蛋菜鴨24隻,逢機分置於對照組6隻,又強制灌食組18隻, 每日灌食三次,灌食16天,對照組於試驗開始時立即屠宰,灌食組分別於第7、13 及17天屠宰。結果顯示:試驗一,在肝重、相對肝重、飼料換肝率及死亡率方面,以每日強制灌食三次組表現最佳。肝率均顯著試驗一灌食21天者為佳,鴨肥肝之脂肪、粗蛋白質、灰分及水分,各占62.47、7.84、0.81 及28.88%,而評估肥肝品質之脂質釋放率為44.5%。 |
英文摘要 | There are two purposes of this study. To investigate the fatty liver product effects of laying Brown Tsaiya ducks by means of different force-feeding times is the first one. Secondly, in order to investigate the feasibility of whether the spent laying Brown Tsaiya ducks can be produced the fatty liver, we had shortened force-feeding periods to observe the liver changes with different periods. In Trial 1, 47-week-old laying Brown Tsaiya ducks were randomly assigned to control gorup and three force-feeding ones in which ducks were forcefed twice, three times and four times within one day respectively. In trail 2, 24 spent laying Brown Tsaiya ducks at the age of one year and a half were randomly assigned to control group including 6 ducks, and force-feeding group including 18 ducks. Trial 2 lasted for 16 days and ducks of expermental group were fed three times of force-feeding everyday. Ducks in control group were slaughtered at the begining of the experiment, the ones in force-feeding group were slaughtered respectively at 7��, 13�蒼nd 17�� days. The results in Trial 1 revealed that the liver weight, relative liver weight, feed conversion ratio (Feed/Liver) and the mortality of the group which was force-fed three times a day performs the best. In trial 2, the liver weight was 225 g and the relative liver weight was 9.91% at the 16th day of force-feeding period. In addition, the feed intake and the feed conversion ratio of the ducks force-feeding for 16 days of period performs better than those force-feeding for 21 days (trial 1). the percentages of the fat, crude protein, ash and moisture of the fatty liver are 62.47%, 7.84%, 0.81% and 28.88% respectively. The lipid release rate is 44.5% in this case to estimate fatty liver quality. |
