中文摘要 | 本研究為探討蔬菜產銷班成員是否有意願取得法律上的農業生產法人資 格,從而瞭解產銷班法人化之可行性。係以農林廳八十四年度考評分數較高的前300名蔬菜產銷班為研究對象,利用郵寄方式,得有效問卷171份,本研究以問卷調查方式進行研究,研究結果的發現如下: 受訪的蔬菜產銷班班長平均年齡較高,大部分屬於國小的教育程度,55%的班長從事農場工作一年超過250天,非常投入於自己的農場工作,對班的活動非常踴躍參加。經營技術與資訊大多由農會指導員及一般農業雜誌獲得。目前蔬菜產銷班營運共同化的現況並不能滿足班員之需求,因而有許多班營運問題急需加以改善;包括勞力、資金、後繼者、班經營主體及產銷等問題。至於各蔬菜產銷班的營運條件也大多成熟、完備,對於法人化有高度的需求及意願,顯示產銷班法人化的可行性很大。 由回歸統計的徑路分析得知,對法人化需求有顯著性影響的六個變項為「班營運問題需要改善程度」、「班成熟度」、「專業農比例」、「60歲以上經常從事者比例」、「班幹部從農天數」及「班幹部加入產銷班年數」,且從徑路分析亦發現除「班幹部從農天數」會直接影響「實施法人化意願」外,全部六個變項均會過「法人化需求」之中介變項間接影響「實施法人化意願」。 此外,如在考慮引入日本的農業生產法人制度,應配合國內的農業生產環境修改條文件,則產銷班法人化的可行性更高。 |
英文摘要 | The survey was conducted in other to explore the willingness to practise the legal person in Agricultural Production from the leader of “Vegetable Production and Marketing Group” in the future. 171 effective samples are obtained from leaders of 300 outstanding “Vegetable Production and Marketing Group” acessed by Taiwan Provincial Department of Agricultural and Forest in 1995. In those survey, the major conclusions are obtained as follows: 1.In the main Leaders respondent are ages and low-educated people, the workdays in their own farms more than 250 days per year. The knowledge of management is mainly obtained from the extension supervisors of Farmers’ Associations and agricultural magazines. The current cooperative operations of production-marketing groups do not meet with the demand of members in the group. The urgent problems to be improved are the shortages of labor, capital and successors, organization, and problems happened during production-marketing process. Because the organization of production-marketing groups have developed in the mature stage, the demand and willingness to incorporate are urgent and strong. 2.By stepwise regression analysis, there are six variables mainly influencing the willingness of incorporation. Those are the operation system to be improved, the maturity of organization in the group., the rate of professional farmers, the rate of regular farm workers older than 60, the working days of core members, and the years that core members joined. Except that working days of leaders will directly influence the willingness of incorporate. All the variables also indirectly influence the willingness too. If we will introduce Legal Person in Agricultural Production system form foreign country and establish the ncorporation system of agricultural production in Taiwan, it is indispensable for us to revise the incorporation system in Japan and combine with the background of agricultural production in our own country. Therefore, the feasibility of incorporation in vegetable production-marketing groups will be more feasible. |
