中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的為:(1)探討蔬菜產銷班在產品行銷方面與其所屬農民團體目前的合作行銷程度,(2)瞭解蔬菜產銷班在產品行銷方面對其所屬農民團體目前之合作行銷需求情形,(3)分析影響蔬菜產銷班與其所屬農民團體合作行銷程度與合作行銷需求之因素。以199班績優蔬菜產銷班為研究對象,共獲有效問卷127份。 整體而言,蔬菜產銷班對其所屬農民團體合作行銷的需求程度很高,其中以由農民團體建立契約產銷,實施計畫生產等之合作行銷需求程度最高。從多元迴歸分析中發現,影響產銷班對其所屬農民團體合作行銷需求的顯著因素,有「班營運共同化程度」、「班與農民團體合作程度」兩項,且皆為正向影響。而「農民團體運銷機能」、「農民團體對班輔導情形」、「農民團體組織類別為農會」、「班主要栽培大葉菜類」、「班主要栽培瓜果類」、「班主要栽培根莖類」會影響合作行銷程度之中介變項進而影響班對農民團體之合作行銷需求程度。其中「農民團體類別為農會」比起合作社呈現負向影響,而其他五個變項均為正向影響。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this research are as follows: (1)Research on product marketing of vegetable agricultural product-marketing class and research on the extent of cooperation of the farmers’ group. (2)Vegetable agricultural product-marketing class has to understand the extent of cooperation and need of the farmers as the matter of marketing. (3)Research on main factors of cooperation and demand of vegetable agricultural product-marketing class toward its Farmers’ Groups. The investigation on Vegetable Product-Marketing class 199,127 of them are valid. As a whole, the class demands the high extent of cooperation of the farmers’ group, such as setting up agreements about marketing, practicing production plans, subsidizing pricing, stabilizing price and maintaining production profit. From the multi-regression analyses, factors that positively influence the extent of cooperation and demand between the class and the farmers’ group are the extent of mutal-operating of class members and the extent of cooperation between the class and the farmers’ group. Such factors as the marketing function of farmer groups, guidance and assistance of the farmers’ groups toward the class, Farmers’ Association comparing to cooperative Association, large-leaf planting as the main planting of the class, melon and fruit as the main planting of the class, rootstalk as the main planting of the class, would influence the intermediary variations and thus influence the extent of cooperation and demand between the class and the farmers’ group. Among these factors, “Farmers’ Association” Comparing to Cooperative Associations is negative influence, while the other five factors are positive influence. |
