中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於瞭解特殊教育教師對情緒障礎國中學生托受轉銜服務措施影響的因素之看法。 本研究採質的研究法,針對四名中小學教師進行個別訪談,此四名教師皆具有教導情緒障礎學生之教學經驗。 本研究結果顯示,情緒障礎學生其個人能力及家庭、學校、社區的支持為影響轉銜服務措施成敗的重要指標。 本研究亦提供了未來轉銜服務措施相關研究的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate special education teachers' concerns and factors they perceived as important in providing quality transition services for secondary students with emotional disturbance. Structured individual interviews were conducted with four certified elementary or secondary teachers who had experience working with students with emotional disturbance. The result suggested that personal competencies and wrap-around supports among family, school and community were important predictors of school-to-work transition outcomes among students with emotional disturbance. Implications of this study for transition service delivery and suggestion for future research are discussed. |
