中文摘要 | 本研究係利用非定常熱流法之熱線法以探討數種實木,木質材料,隔熱材料及無機 質材料之熱傳導率,期能供為組合隔熱複合壁體的依據,得到次述結果。(1) 九種實木之橫 切面及縱切面熱傳導率 ( λ ) 值均會隨其比重增加而呈直線狀增大,並可以直線迴歸式表 示之。 (2) 實木之λ值均以橫切面 ( λ TL 及λ RL) 最大, 但弦切面 ( λ TR,λ LR) 與徑切面 ( λ RT, λ LT) 試材間差異不顯著, 但橫切面之λ值會較弦切面與徑切面大 1.10~1.53 倍。(3) 隔熱材料與無機質材料之λ值則會隨其比重增加而呈指數迴歸式關係增 大。(4) 二十三種內裝材料之λ值亦會隨其比重增加而呈指數迴歸式關係增大。 |
英文摘要 | This paper was designed to investigate that the thermal conductivity of twenty-three kind materials included solid wood, wood based material,insulation material and non-organic material by heat line method under non-constant heat flow system. The experimental results will be provided as the basic data for manufacturing thermal insulation sandwich panel wall. The experimental results are summarized follows: (1) The thermal conductivity( λ )of cross section and longitudinal section of nine solid wood species increased linearly with increasing of specific gravity and could be represented by linear regression formula.(2) The thermal conductivity of cross section ( λ TL, λ RT) of solid wood showed greater value, but there were no significant difference between tangential section ( λ TR, λ LR) and radial section ( λ RT, λ LT). However, The λ value of cross section was greater 1.10-1.53 times than that of tangential section and radial section. (3) The thermal conducivity of insulation materials and non-organic materials increased exponential with increasing of specific gravity, and could be represented by exponential regression formula. (4) The thermal conductivity of twenty-three kind of interior decoration materials increased exponential increasing of specific gravity, and the exponential equation could be obtained, and its relation had greatly significant by F value test. |
