中文摘要 | 本研究旨針對資深國小教師做敘事分析,以了解他們在最近幾年教育改革發展中教育態度之改變歷程。因此,本文從教學、行政、班級經營、師生關係及家長關係等層面加以探討。除了得知其教育態度之改變歷程與感受外,也了解其所面臨之壓力,包括 (一) 電腦教學之相關技能: (二) 教學評鑑: (三) 改革步調太快: (四) 一些教育改革術語並不完全了解: (五) 家長干擾教學等。可知,教育行政當局在推動教育改革之同時,必須傾聽基層之心聲,步伐需循序漸進及結合學校、家庭與社會三者一起從事教育改革。此外,若能給予教師充足準備時間與進修機會,及降低其壓力, 如此改革更能獲得認同。最後,並就主要研究結果提出一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to interview with the elder teachers. Among the narrative analysis with teachers, we can realize the changes on their educational attitude during the education reform. Therefore, this study explore the changes including teaching, administration, class management, the relationship between teachers with students, and the relationship between teachers with parents. To realize their changes and feeling, we also can realize their pressure when teachers confront the education reform, including (1) the teaching skills on computer; (2) the teaching evaluation; (3) the education reform is too fast; (4) the misunderstanding of the different terms of education reform; (5) the interruption of parents. Therefore, it have to listen to the fundament level's opinion, to practice step by step, and to integrate the school, family and society when the government administrated a education reform. Beside, if teachers can have enough time to prepare teaching and more chances to participate in-service education, and less pressure in teaching, the education reform may be success. Finally, this study concludes with some suggestion. |
