中文摘要 | 目前工業界正以含氟氯碳化合物(HCFC)作為氟氯碳化合物(CFC)的替代品,以減低對臭氧層的破壞,其中常以二氯一氟乙烷(1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane, 141b)作為替代發泡劑及清洗溶,目前國內對於勞工在作業環境中141b的暴露濃度並無相關分析方法及調查資料,因此本研究目的在於開發141b的採樣方法,以便分析作業環境空氣中141b的含量,在後續的研究計畫則將進行現場暴露評估調查。 開發過程為尋找合適的固體吸附劑將待分析的141b有效地吸附,利用溶劑萃取法將分析物脫附進入氣相層析儀(GC)做定性及定量分析,以建立採樣與分析之最適化條件,並依據勞工安全衛生研究所訂定的「作業環境有害物採樣分析參考方法驗證程序」中的各個項目進行測試,實驗發現當使用活性碳樣管吸附141b,且以甲醇當脫附劑進行脫附處理後,將樣品送入氣相層析儀/火焰離子偵測器(GC/FID)加以分析。所得實驗結果如下:採樣介質負載容量測試當採樣流速為30mL/min時,平均破出時間為82.8min。在所配製的檢量線範圍(1.2 to 36μg/μL)內之相關係數?0.995。脫附效率測試結果所得平均脫附效率為97.11%,變異係數為2.10%。樣品在室溫(23-25°C)保存時,第7天的相對回收率已低於90%,但在冷藏(-29°C)保存下第28天的回收率為90.26%。上述實驗結果皆能符合勞研所驗證程序的相關規範,後續研究計畫將進行現場調查,並將依據調查結果建議雇主改善作業環境進而保護勞工的健康。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of CFCs on the ozone layer may be the single greatest threat to the global atmosphere. The most likely substitutes for these halocarbons in industries are hydrogen-containing chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs). The substitute compounds include CH3CC12F (1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane, HCFC-141b, substitute for CFC-11 in plastic foam-blowing), CHC1F2 (HCFC-22, to be used in air conditioners and manufacture of plastic foam food containers), etc. However, limited studies in animals indicate potential hepatotoxicity of some of these compounds. The objective of this study was to develop a reference sampling and analytical method of HCFCs in workplace atmosphere. The trace airborne HCFCs were sampled using charcoal tube that was desorbed with methanol, and then analyzed by gas chromatograph with flame ionization detector (GC/FID). The performance ciiteria of the methods were evaluated according to the "Method Validation Protocols "published by Taiwan's Institute of Occupational Safety and Health in 1996. The results were:(1) calibration curve, ranged from 1.2 to 36μg/μL, shown a relative coefficient of ?0.995; (2)average desorption efficiency was 97.11%; (3)coefficient variation of analysis (CVa) was 2.10%; (4)average breakthrough time was 82.2 min at 30 mL/min sampling rate; (5) the average recovery of samples was less than 90% after stored at room temperature (23-25%°C) for 7days, while after stored at -29°C for 28 days was 90.26%. The proposed analytical method is simple and demonstrated to have sufficient accuracy and precision, therefore, can be used as a reference method to analyze workers exposure to HCFC-141b. |
