中文摘要 | 影響醫療服務品質的因素可以歸類成「體貼因素」、「資訊因素」、「醫療關係因素」、「參與因素」、「認知因素」、「結構因素」及「教育因素」等七項;本研究的假設都獲得了顯著的支持,消費者頗一地認為「醫療技術」、「就醫障礙」、「協調連續的醫療機制」、「醫病雙方互動」及「醫院設施」等假設中的各變數會影響醫療品質。本研究發現,病患不認為自身的主觀期望或認知能凌駕於醫師專業知識之上,此乃與醫療是一種進入門檻很高的專業有關。 |
英文摘要 | The factors influencing medial service quality were classified into “thoughtful factor”, informational factor, “relational factor”, “participative factor”, “perceived factor”, “structural factor”, and “educational factor”. The hypotheses of this study were significant. The variables including “medical technology”, “non-accessibility”, “coordinative medicine”, “interaction”, and “facility” were thought will to influence medical service quality by consumers. In medical process, physician will dominate the matter things about therapy. This was the study’s find. |
