中文摘要 | 網路地理資訊系統(WebGIS)架構之發展近三年來(1997-2001)已逐漸成熟,幾種架構建立之方式也都有成果公佈出來,本研究首先依三年來(1997-2001)研究各種WebGIS架構之成果,對各種WebGIS架構之方式做一整體探討,以找尋一適合本研究之WebGIS架構。另者,自九二一地震(1999)後,中央及地區性防災資料庫查詢系統更有迫切性成立之必要,實際上各式防災資料庫查詢系統也逐一成立中,本研究依五年來(1996-2001)對蘭陽地區防災相關研究成果做一彙整並建立資料庫,再依前述合適之一WebGIS架構(MapGuide)以建立蘭陽地區性防災資料庫網路地理資訊系統查詢系統。防災GIS資料查詢項目包含了土壤入滲率、水稻田灌溉埤圳、水稻田灌區、地下水之補注分區圖、液化潛能、地下水位、土壤性質分區圖、土地變遷利用圖、觀光旅遊點圖、山崩潛感值圖等。藉著本研究,蘭陽平原範圍內之防災資料圖形及屬性資料庫,由MapGuide Server透過網際網路來傳送,讓使用者在網際網路中能夠藉由MapGuide Viewer對儲存於一個或多個MapGuide Server中之資訊作交談式的查詢及分析,供相關單位在工程界規劃、設計、及施工時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The WebGIS has been developed fast in the recent three years (1997-2001). Meanwhile, the applications of various WebGIS software have been reported in the market. The objectives of this study were, first of all, to study various kinds of WebGIS development tools and then to search for a suitable one to fit the Internet use of the hazard mitigation data query system. Secondly, a GIS-based hazard mitigation web site was built up to provide the hazard mitigation data query system through Internet. After the Chi-Chi earthquake, it was quite urgent to build up hazard mitigation data query systems from the viewpoint of either central or local government. Indeed, various hazard mitigation data query systems had been fast created during these few years. As the same manner, the National I-Lan Institute of Technology had created GIS-from fundamental data during the researches related to hazard mitigation of Lang-Yang areas within these five years (1996-2001). These GIS-form data, which included soil infiltration, irrigation canals, irrigation command areas, groundwater recharge ability, soil liquefaction potentials, groundwater tables, soil property maps, land suitability, tourism locations, landslide potentials, together with the suitable WebGIS system, i.e. MapGuide, were to build up a GIS-based hazard mitigation web site. Through MapGuide Servers, the data of attributes with the corresponding maps could be queried and analyzed user-friendly by an end user with the MapGuide Viewer, a free copy through Internet. Because of the creation of GIS-based hazard mitigation web site, it could be easily referred for civil engineers to plan, design and construct a project. |
