英文摘要 | In this paper, the line-scan cameras and image processing methods are used to inspect fabric defects. There are three main procedures as followed. The first step is to setup hardware and to test the fabric defects inspecting system. The second step is experiments for on-line inspect and classification of fabric defects. The final step is programming and integrating software and hardware. The hardware of fabric defect system included high-speed computer, the image grabber and software setting. In the experiments, the image processing theory to find the optimum parameters of environments and the optimum characteristic values of neural network theory are used. In the final part of the system, it includes the programming of cameras and grabbes control, the program of inspect fabric defects, the program of image database for classifying fabric defects and the program of defects grading. |
