中文摘要 | 為探討水稻遠緣雜種F�絡Z性在不同栽培期之變異,本試驗以 Silewah 與 Hayakogane、 臺北 177 ( TP177 )、臺�狳| 84 ( TKY3484 )和低腳敏黨( TCMT )正 反交之 F �窗A以及以臺�狳| 3484 ( TKY3484 )與低腳敏黨和臺北 177 正反交之 F �筋� 材料,分 6 個播種期種值於田間。 調查花粉稔性之結果顯示,各親本於所有栽培期均有正常的花粉稔性,且無顯著的差異。以 Silewah 與 Hayakogane、TP177 及 TCMT 之正反交 F �筒韟U栽培期的稔性亦均正常且無顯 著差異;TKY3484 與 Silewah 及 TCMT 之正反交 F �策h數呈部分不稔性,隨栽培期不同而 異,且有正反交之差異;至於 TKY3484 與 TP177 之正反交 F �筍h均為不稔。 五個親本之稔實率隨栽培期不同而有顯著差異, 除 Hayakogane 及 TP177 外,其他三個親 本於 3 或 5 月均有部分不稔的現象。 雜種 F �竣孛Z實率在正反交之間有顯著差異,同時 也因栽培季節而異; 其中 TKY3484/TCMT 之正反交 F �筋偃﹞壑ㄧZ, TKY3484/TP177、 Silewah/Hayakogane、 Silewah/TCMT 及 Silewah/TKY3484 等雜交組合之正反交 F �筆′� 不稔性。 |
英文摘要 | Variation in the F�番ertility of distantly related crosses among cultivated rice was recognized as a heritable trait. In this study, eight reciprocal crosses of Silewah with Hayakogane, TP177, TKY3484 and TCMT, and six reciprocal crosses of TKY3484 with TCMT and TP177 were used as materials to understand the variation due to different planting dates. The pollen and spikelet fertility considered as index traits was evaluated. There were the normal pollen fertility in the five parents and F �� hybrids of the reciprocal crosses of Silewah with Hayakogane, TP177 and TCMT. The pollens were sterile in the reciprocal crosses of TKY3484 with TP177, but the partially sterile, maternal effect and significant difference among planting dates were observed in the reciprocal crosses of TKY3484 with Silewah and TCMT. The spikelet fertility of the five parents were significantly different among planting dates. Except Hayakogane and TP177, the other parents had partial sterility in March and May. The spikelet fertility of the F �� existed the maternal and seasonal difference. The spikelets had partial sterility in the reciprocal F �� of TKY3484/TCMT and sterility in the reciprocal F �� of Silewah/Hayakogane, Silewah/TCMT, Silewah/TKY3484 and TKY3484/TP177. |
