中文摘要 | 對於系統模板的評選與引用,以往只能根據經驗或各代理商所提供的 數據與資訊來評判,而缺乏一客觀完整的方式來加以評估。本研究藉由層級程序 分析法(AHP)引入決策者對於評估準則的偏好與個案之需求,並以模糊多屬性 決策分析(FMADM)來處理質化準則的轉換,最後以「理想解之相似偏好順序 評估法(TOPSIS)」,建立一完整之評選決策模式,以評估方案之優勢排序。經 由案例之分析後,不僅可協助廠商與決策人員評選出合宜之模板系統,對於工程 上之運用,亦具有實用之步驟與可行性。 |
英文摘要 | This decision model is developed for evaluating and selecting a proper formwork system in building construction. The hierarchical structure of the formwork system evaluation model is constructed by five aspects: quality, schedule, cost, safety and constructability. Twelve evaluation indices are selected and established in the hierarchical structure. The analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods are combined to evaluate and rank the alternatives of formwork systems. The application of the decision model provides an objective guide for decision-makers in the process of a building construction project. |
