中文摘要 | 為發展一種混合玉米蛋白(Corn gluten, CG)與噴霧乾燥豬血漿(Spray-dried porcine plasma, SDPP)的穀蛋白精料產品,以做為仔豬蛋白質補助飼料,爰進行氮與胺基酸消化率及飼養兩個試驗。 試驗一,15頭28日齡離乳公豬(體重7.47kg)測試CG, SDPP, CG和SDPP混合物再添加1%合成離胺酸(a60% CG-40% SDPP mixture fortified with 1% L-Lysine, CSM),與CSM+延胡索酸+酵素(Modified gluten concentrate, MGC)的氮與胺基酸消化率。氮平衡結果顯示CG的淨蛋白質利用率(NPU)與生物價(BV)依序為36.5%與46.1%;SDPP依序為76.8%94.8%;CSM依序為57.6%與673.6%;MGC依序為68.0%與74.8%。CG的NPU和BV偏低,但加入SDP後之CSM與MGC的NPU與BV,比CG有顯著改善(p<0.01),其中MGC依序可達SDPP的85%與780.9%。胺基酸平均消化率方,MGC(95.3%)和CSM(94.6%)均優於CG(92.9%),而與SDPP(95.2%)相近。10種必需胺基酸消化率,MGC和CSM除了離胺酸與白胺酸外,各項胺基酸和SDPP都無顯著性差異。血清生化特性檢測顯示血液中的AST與ALT,MGC與CSM均顯著低於SDPP,尿素氮由CG的12.6%顯著降至MGC的7mg/dl (p<0.01)。 試驗二,72頭4週齡離乳仔豬(體重6.8kg)進行MGC替代仔豬料脫脂奶粉成分試驗。離乳後0-14天供餵4組試驗料,以含12%脫脂奶之仔一料為對照組,由MGC替代脫脂奶粉4、8與12%作為各組試驗料,而離乳後14-28天後各組供餵相同的仔二料,由結果獲知離乳後0-14天、14-28天或0-28天,隻日增重、隻日飼料攝食量與飼料效率無直線(linear)或二次曲線(quadratic)效應。以上資料顯示MGC因CG混合SDPP而改善其蛋白質品質,飼養上可替代仔一料之脫脂奶粉成分,可做為仔豬一個平衡的蛋白質補助飼料來源。 |
英文摘要 | Weanling pigs were used in two studies to determine the value of a modified gluten concentrate of corn gluten (CG) and spray-dried porcine plasma (SDPP). In Exp. 1,15 pigs (initially 7.7 kg and 28±2 days of age) were used to compare the digestibility of nitrogen and amino acids in CG, SDPP, CG-SDPP mixtures (a 60% CG-40% SDPP mixture fortified with 1% L-Lysine, CSM), and CSM+fumaric acid+protein enzyme (modified gluten concentrate, MGC). Nitrogen-balance tests indicate that the net protein utilization (NPU) and biological value (BV) of CG were 36.5 and 46.1%, SDPP were 76.8 and 94.8%, CSM were 75.6 and 67.6%, and MGC were 68.0 and 74.8%, respectively. The NPU and BV for the diet with NGC attained a relative value of 88.5 and 78.9%compared with SDPP, respectively, whereas M was higher than that of CG and CSM. The average essential amino acid digestibility of CG, SDPP, CSM and MGC were 92.9%, respectively. MGC was superior to CG and was a similar to those fed SDPP. In the digestibility of 10 essential amino acids, no significant differences—except lysine and leucine-were observed between pigs given MGC and SDPP. In serum biological characteristics tests , pigs fed diets with CSM and MGC were lower than that of SDPP in AST and ALT, while the serum urea-N of CG (12.6mg/dl) can be reduced significantly to MGC 7 mg/dl (p<0.01). In Exp. 2,72 pigs (initially 6.8 kg and 28±2 days of age) were used to determine whether MGC could replace a portion of the DSKM in the diet. The control diet contained 12% DSKM, and 0, 4, 8, 12% of DSKM were substituted for MGC as GC additional treatments from day 0 to 14 after weaning. No significant linear or quadratic effects were observed in average daily gain, average daily feed intake, and feed conversion from day 0 to 14, day 14 to 28, or day 0 to 28 postweaning. In conclusion, MGC could be an effective replacement for a portion of the DSKM in diets for 28-day-old weaning pigs with no adverse growth effects, with further benefits in consolidation and variability of feedstuff sources. |
