中文摘要 | 本研究係以三種防火劑表面刷塗於四種商用濶葉樹材後,探討其抗燃性之改善效應。經試驗後,可獲致以下之結果:未處理材之燃燒性以栓木>黑梣木>山毛櫸>紅櫟木。自炭化面積之觀點言,通過CNS-8736“防火合板抗燃性檢驗法”所需三種防火劑之最少吸收量分別為FR-X:19.1g/m^2~40.4g/m^2, FR-2:21.4g/m^2~122.8g/m^2, FR-C:10.4g/m^2~23.5g/m^2,以FR-C為最小。就藥劑抗燃性之改善效應言,FR-C(74.46%)優於FR-X(64.68%),更優於FR- 2(61.88)。不同樹種之抗燃性提昇效應,以黑梣木及栓木較紅櫟木及山毛櫸為佳。當炭化面積限制為50cm^2時,本試驗四樹種板材,每平方公尺所需防火劑費用,各為FR-X:2.73~3.03元,FR-2:3.81~11.05元,FR-C:0.27~0.61元。各處理材之抗燃性均較未經處理者提昇為防焰二蝕。故,不論就合格之最少吸收量,抗燃性之改善,及每單位面積所需防火劑之成本言,三種防火劑均以FR-C優於FR-X及FR-2。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficiency of fire-resistance of four kinds of commercial hardwoods by using three fire retardants brushed up on the single tace of specimens. The experimental results are summarized as follows: From the results of combustion factors of untreated wood, Sen and Black ash were burned more easily than those of American beech and Red oak. The treated wood passed the standard of fire proof plywood specified by CNS-8736, the minimum values of absorption content were 17.17~40.36g/m^2 for FR-X, 21.40~122.81g/m^2 for FR-2, and 10.39~23.50g/m^2 for FR-C, respectively. The improving efficiency of fire-resistance of FR-e (74.46%) was better than those of FR-X (64.68%) and FR-2 (6 1.88%) fire retardants, and Black ash and Sen were better than those of Red oak and American beech wood species. When the carbonized area was limited to 50cm^2, the cost of fire retardants were 2.73~3.03 NT$/m^2 for FR-X, 3.81~11.05NT$/m^2 for FR-2, and 0.27~0.61 NT$/m^2 for FR-C, respectively. According to the standard of CNS-7614, all of treated woods were belonged to fire resistance the second grade. |
