中文摘要 | 本研究以Polyester/Modal Rayon混紡織物為材料,配置七種不同的縫合角度,探討縫合織物在不同應力及伸度條件下的時間依存效應。由實驗結果發現,布料縫合角度不同,其彈性變形、塑性變形量亦不同,但黏彈性變形量較無顯著差異。其中以45°-45°的縫合方式,其具有最高的塑性變形量及最低的彈性變形量。以90°-90°及 0°-0°的縫合方式,其耐蠕變性較佳,且應力下降率較大;而以45°-45°方式縫合者最差。縫合物經循環拉伸後,應力-伸度曲線將漸趨向應力軸,其中以90°-90°方式的縫合物之趨向程度最大,而45°-45°者最小。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to delve into the time-dependent effect have stitched fabrics, which were made from polyester/modal rayon (MR) blending fabrics having seven seam angles under varying stress and elongation. The experiment results reveal that stitched fabrics with varying seam angles have different elastic and plastic deformations, but no significant difference was noted in their viscoelastic deformation. The fabrics with 45°-45° seam had the highest plastic deformation and lowest elastic deformation. Fabrics with 90°-90° and 0°-0° seam showed better creeping resistance and a greater drop in stress; but the worst conditions were noted at 45°-45° seam. When stitched fabrics underwent tensile-cycling, its stress-strain curves will gradually move towards the stress axs; fabrics having 90°-90° seam showed the maximum tendency, lowest tendency was noted with fabrics having 45°-45° seam. |
