英文摘要 | 本文乃用傳遞矩陣法分析具有多裂縫轉子承受重力及不平衡力之穩態響應。開閉 裂縫處隨轉軸旋轉變化之局部柔度, 是以有限的 Fourier 級數展開之,而非線性方程組之 解,是以靜態撓曲及 1X、2X、...、nX 等倍頻的迴轉位移近似之。 其分析結果包含無裂縫 、單裂縫及多裂縫情況下轉子共振響應之差異,多裂縫時,不同的裂縫方向角對主共振響應 的影響,以及單、雙裂縫轉軸靠近主與各次臨界轉速時,迴轉軌跡之變化。文中最後利用迴 轉振型在裂縫處之不連續性,提出轉軸上多裂縫位置之識別方法。 ation. The results show the descrepancy of resonant response among uncracked, single-cracked and multi-cracked rotors, the characteristics of main resonance for different directional angles o double cracks, and the difference of obits near the main critical and subcritical speeds between single-cracked and double-cracked rotors. Finally, a method of identification of crack positions by inspecting the sharp change of deviations of whirling shapes between cracked and uncracked of deviations of whirling shapes between cracked and uncracked rotor is proposed. |
