英文摘要 | This paper is concerned with the dynamic analysis of a geared rotor-bearing system with an open transverse surface crack in the driving shaft. A finite element model of the geared rotor-bearing system is developed by taking into account the effect of a transverse crack. The formulation is presented in both the fixed and rotating reference frames. The local flexibility due to the presence of the crack in a short shaft element is derived based on the Paris' equation and the Castigliano's theorem. Numerical results for cracked systems include natural frequencies, critical speeds and the steady-state responses due to mass unbalance and eccentricity in the gear. It is found that critical speeds decrease as the crack depth increases for several critical modes. Furthermore, the crack depth significantly affects the peak locations of the steady-state responses. |
