中文摘要 | 本試驗冒在探討孟宗竹("phyllostachys pubescens" Mazel)及麻竹("Dendrocalamus latiflorus" Munro)之竹青化粧板的製作方法,並檢測其各項基本性質。由於剖切法耗能少及材料能利用充分,故優於旋切及展平取竹青方式。軟化展平時以浸水、加溫到120~130℃為宜。浸水剝離、冷熱反覆及耐水性中,一般僅達第三類標準,使用富蘭克林膠時可達第一級。平面拉伸膠合力有12.89kgf/cm^2,比標準值的4kgf/cm^2還高。孟宗竹育的磨耗量平均為0.083g,麻竹者為0.068g,均屬合格,亦能通過衝擊檢驗,但是割劃硬度不佳。要清理竹青表面的墨水筆跡則應選對清潔劑。鹼液及稀釋劑對氣乾竹青表面造成褪色現象,紫外光稍有影響,酸液的影響較輕微。溼熱試驗稍微增加了孟宗竹的明暗度,顏色稍綠偏藍,麻竹則相對的影響較小。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the manufacturing method of bamboo epidermis fancy plywood with Moso bamboo and Ma bamboo, and test the some basic properties of them. For the sake of less energy consumption and full-use of materials, separate-cut will better then the method of rotary-cut or plat. When to platen the bamboo by soften, should soak in water and heating up to 120~130°C. Soaking delamination, cold-heat recycle, and water resistance can only reach the type III standard, and use the Franklin adhesive may reach the type I standard. The Bonding strength perpendicular to the bonding surface is 12.89 kgf/cm^2 is higher thenthe4 kgf/cm^2 of stand value. The average abrasion of Moso bamboo is O.083g, and O.068g for Ma bamboo, both of them can pass the test. They also can pass the test of impact. The hardness of cutting is not good. When the bamboo bark was stained by ink, it required the use of correct cleaner. The alkali and thinner would make the color of air-dry bamboo bark disappear, the influences, of ultra violet is smaller, and acid is slighter. West heat would slightly increase the lightness of Moso bamboo, color changed into litter green and blue' and Mo bamboo was litter influenced contrast. |
