中文摘要 | 為了配合師資培育法的實施,本研究以三年三個階段的時間,逐步發展出一套具 有實用性的「國中理化教師教學能力之評鑑模式及評鑑工具」,評鑑工具將以情境認知理論 及建構理論為依據,以國中理化的浮力示範實驗錄影片為教學情境,以(1)教學情境的分析 知能、(2)教學問題的發現知能、(3)批判省思的知能、(4)教學策略的創造知能、和(5)教學 設計的知能等為設計評鑑問題的五個向度,建構出有效的評鑑工具以及13項評鑑指標,並形 成:(1)觀看情境教學錄影帶→(2)紙筆測驗→(3)審查委員依「評鑑指標檢核表」評鑑紙筆 測驗的結果→(4)召開會議審查「教學專業知能」等四個步驟的評鑑模式。 |
英文摘要 | To help implement Teacher Educational Act, this study has developed a set of evaluation model and an assessment to certify the secondary school science teacher's professional pedagogy quality in three phases study within thee years. The assessment was constructed based on the theories of constructivism and situated cognition, including videotape of teaching demonstration in buoyant force, an open-end test question and a criterion of evaluation. It focuses on: (1) analyzing teaching environment ability; (2) discovery teaching problems ability; (3) criticism and reflection ability; (4) creating teaching strategies ability; and (5) designing teaching processes ability, with 13 items of evaluated standard. The process of evaluation included: (1) watching a video tape of teaching demonstration (2) take a paper test→(3) evaluated the tests with 13 items of standard by referee committee→ (4) conference for certifying with professional pedagogy by referee committee. |
