中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討公營事業員工對民營化組織溝通與組織變革之認知情況,及組織溝通與變革認知間之關連性。採取問卷調查與員工訪談方法蒐集資料,並運用因素分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析、及多元迴歸分析等統計方法,探討不同性別、年齡、學歷、身分、職位、年資等員工屬性,對民營化組織溝通與變革認知間之差異性。最後,根據研究發現,就如何保障員工權益及加強員工溝通宣導方面,提出建議,供相關單位參考。 |
英文摘要 | One of major factor which decides whether the public enterprises can be privatized successfully or not is depending on the employees' recognition while they are facing the privatization proceedings. This study attempts to explore the employees' recognition of organizational communication and organizational change under privatization. The study selects the present employees of public enterprises as the targets of my questionnaire and interviewing. Relevant statistical methods including factor analysis, frequency distribution, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's methods, Pearson's product-moment correlation, multiple regression are used to analyze the employees' features that including sex, age, education, position, and seniority in order to find out if there are any differences on their responsive recognition as they are facing the privatization proceedings. Based on the research findings, we propose several suggestions on employees' privilege and benefits, and employees' communication. |
