中文摘要 | 對鋼片鍍層與鋁材化成膜表面樣品分析而言,傳統溼式化學分析法屬破壞法, 當底材元素與鍍層塗膜共存時,並不適用。本文介紹結合使用XRF,XRD,GDOS, AES,ESCA,SEM及TEM等表面分析方法,對鋅鎳合金電鍍層微結構與厚度,物理 蒸鍍TiN/Ti/NiP/Fe多層微結構與鍍層界面污染元素,以及鋁箔鉻酸鹽化成皮膜 之元素或表面密度值等之分析應用研究,可達到非破壞,快速精確,極薄層,橫截面 及分析鍍層縱深元素分布等相輔相成之優點。 |
英文摘要 | The conventional wet chemistry analytical methods are offen applied to analyze the chemical composition of steel products. However it is difficult to analyze the coating materials by the wet chemistry methods, since destructively removing off the layers from the substrate needed and the coating layers containing the same elements as the substrate sometimes encountered. In this paper, a combination of XRF, XRD, GDOS, AES, ESCA, SEM, and TEM was employed to study the coating materials. Three examples for studying the coating weight and the compositions of the Zn-Ni alloy electroplating layer on steel, the interface structure and microchemistry analysis of the TiN/Ti/NiP /Fe multilayer coating on steel sample, and a determination of the elements from the chromate layers on the aluminum sheet, were given. It shows that the advantages of nondestruction, accuracy, rapid detection, and ability of analyz ing very thin film and depth profiling with these methods, and very much complement each other in characterising the interface structure, the compositions of the layer of surface tremented steel samples. |
