中文摘要 | 臺灣企業主管的工作價值觀與決策行為的特性對企業倫理的影響程度,是本研究的主要研究方向;本研究期望透過對主管工作價值與決策型態的瞭解,以幫助企業推行企業倫理,這是本研究的主要動機與目的。 本研究對臺灣100家企業共485位主管做的調查研究發現,臺灣企業主管的工作價值觀偏向「外顯性」的重視人際關係的特質,而其決策型態也側重在強調人際導向的「行為型」,這與西方大多數高階主管或領導者概屬「分析或觀念型」以強調工作導向的研究結果,有相當差異。本研究另外發現,受測主管的工作價值均與企業倫理有顯著相關,管理意義上顯示:主管的「內隱」與「外顯」的工作價值愈高,均會導致愈高程度的「企業倫理觀」。 |
英文摘要 | The research is intended to explore the degree to which Taiwan's corporations' managers' work values and decision style influence the business ethics. Through the understanding of the managers' work values and decision style, the results of the survey may help the corporations practice the business ethics. In this survey of 485 managers of 100 corporations, it is found that the Taiwan's corporations' managers' work values are directed partially to “extrinsic work values”, i.e., interpersonal relations, of which their decision style also emphasizes on interpersonal-oriented “behavioral decision style”, manifesting huge differences between their emphasis and most of the western world's senior managers' on “analytic or conceptual” decision style, which stress the achievement of work-based evaluation. It is also found that all the examined managers' work values are significantly correlated to the business ethics, which, in managerial sense, indicates: the higher the managers' intrinsic and extrinsic work values, the higher the degree on their perception of “business ethical”. |
