中文摘要 | 環烯烴共聚物(Cyclic Olefin Copolymer;簡稱COC)問世至今已將近四十年,但 直至Metallocene觸媒逢勃發展後,人類才真正有能力製造具有高純度、寬規格範圍的COC產 物,並且可以因應特殊應用之需求,在精準控制條件下生產出具特別性質之產品。在本文中 ,將針對世界知名石化大廠對於COC材料所使用之觸媒及應用之聚合技術作整體之分析探討 ,並對工研院化學工業研究所執行環烯烴材料之新型觸媒開發計畫,做一簡要之介紹。 |
英文摘要 | Cyclic olefin copolymers (COC's) have been known for around four decades, however recent development in metallocene catalysts makes it possible for the first time to produce a wide range of high purity COC products affordable. Properties can be precisely controlled over a broad range to meet specific application requirements. In this article, we review several important catalyst systems and polymerization processes developed by wordwide famous petroleum companies. A brief description of the COC project being carries out by UCL is also included. |
