英文摘要 | A self-tuning PI speed controller with feedforward compensation based on neural networkds for an induction motor drive with time delay is proposed. First, a two-layer neural network plant estimator (NNPE) is sued to provide a real-time adaptive estimation of the unknown motor dynamics. A widely used projection algorithm is used as the learning algorithm for this network. The control parameters of the proposed self-tuning PI controller can be adjusted using the NNPE to estimate a reliable parameter, which responds to the variations in the system's parameters. Since the performance of the closed-loop controlled induction motor drive is influenced greatly by the presence of inherent system dead-time during wide-range operations, a dead-time compensator (DTC) using a neural network proportional controller (NNPC) is proposed and augmented to enhance the robustness of the self-tuning PI controller. Theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental results demonstrate the proposed scheme's effectiveness. |
