中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討目前國中實習教師的專業成長之現況、影響因素,進而歸納研究結果,作出結論,並提建議,作為師資培育機構培養教師專業之參考。 本研究採問卷調查法,以319位國中實習教師為樣本,接受研究者自編「國中實習教師專業成長問卷」。其所得的結論為:1.國中實習教師實習後的專業成長顯著高於實習前的專業成長。2.個體的背景變項中,有些變項如學歷、師資培育機構、同校實習教師人數、輔導方式在專業成長有顯著的差異。3.國中實習教師的背景變項在專業成長上沒有交互作用。4.本研究所選的背景變項在預測專業成長上,其預測力很低。 針對結論,所提的建議為:1.維持實習制度。2.鼓勵實習教師進修高一級的學位。3.師範大學應篩選修教育學分者。4.同校實習教師人數不宜過多。5.實習學校應有計劃的輔導實習教師。 |
英文摘要 | This study intend to explore the professional growth of interns in junior high school. In order to complete this study, the researcher adopted the questionnaire survey, and sampled 319 interns. After analyzing of the collected data, the conclusions are: 1.Interns have reached a significant professional growth. 2.Variables, such as educational background, different teacher programs, the number of interns practiced in the same junior high school, interns' guidance style, have a significant influence on the professional growth. 3.There is no interaction between the paired research variables. 4.Research variables have a low prediction on the professional growth. According these conclusions, the suggestions are offered: 1.The program of intern should be advocated. 2.Interns should be encouraged to seek for the higher educational degree. 3.The norm universities should select students who intend to enroll in the teacher program. 4.The number of interns practiced in the same junior high school should be below five persons. 5.Junior high schools must adopt the adequate guidance style, in order to increase interns' professional growth. |
